Spring Egg-Venture at Halyburton Park: Honey, grab the kids! Egg-hunting at Halyburton Park, returning for the first time since 2019, is a local tradition that can be enjoyed by kids ages 2 and up! Required pre-registration and age group times can be found here. Happy hunting!
Sunset Performance Series at Cameron Art Museum: It’s true that art can take many forms, but at CAM, you can enjoy a little bit of everything! Pop by for the Sunset Performance Series at 7pm. This week features El’Ja Bowens, who will be performing a piece entitled “Finding Space in a Void.” This event is free but donations are encouraged.
Hops & Heroes Classic at Tavern Law: Throw it back for a classic social at local favorite Tavern Law! Play games, talk shop with folks from Memory Lane Comics & Toys, and enjoy a fun new drink from Sierra Nevada. The fun starts at 6pm!
Karaoke with Kong & Damo at The Rusty Nail: The music is in us all… or maybe just you. Prove us right (or wrong!) this Thursday for Karaoke with Kong & Damo! Step up to the mic from 7-8pm. Entry is free!
Fondue Fundraiser Benefitting Plastic Ocean Project at Little Dipper Fondue: Go for a dip in more ways than one at Little Dipper! Enjoy fondue to support the Plastic Ocean Project, a Wilmington-based nonprofit that works to keep our waters clean! The Project will receive 10% of the proceeds. Stop by from 5-9pm — reservations are encouraged!
Bouquet Building for Wellness at HOTWORX: Stop and smell the roses! Take a break and build a bouquet with HOTWORX from 3-7pm.

A Night In The Vortex at Bourgie Nights: Get the first look at Mad Gallica’s newest show, “A Night In The Vortex”! The show is described as “an epic space odyssey of uninhibited artistry” and is one you won’t want to miss.
Gustu Peruano at Concept Kitchen Co: Spend the night in Lima, Peru with beautiful culture and delicious food! Enjoy Chef Mauricio Huaracaya, an NCRLA People’s Choice Award Winner, and his amazing creations this weekend, serving Friday and Saturday from 12pm-Sellout.
CODE RED Free Show at Bowstring Burgers and Brewyard: Listen to the sound of Leland with a free show from CODE RED, a “high energy” cover band that sings everything from rock to country. The show begins at 7pm!
Wilmington WIRE at McAlister’s Deli: With NC Real Estate Investors Association, it’s never just a house, you can always make yourself at home! They are ready to empower the women of Wilmington this weekend with an afternoon of networking and learning! Join them at McAlister’s Deli from 11:30am-1pm.
Laugh Holes! Comedy Showcase + Music at The Barzarre: Join The Barzarre for a night of chaotic comedy and live music! They’ll be honoring their namesake tonight with some bizarre entertainment by local performers. Doors open at 8pm and tickets are $7. Get yours at the door!

10th Anniversary at Nifty Thrifty Thrift Shop: Hey Wilmington, can we go thrift shopping? This Saturday, you can! Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Nifty Thrifty with 50% sales all day! All proceeds will be matched and donated to the Good Shepherd Center. Stop by from 10am-5pm!
All Things Vintage & Art Fest at Elks Lodge 532: Take a walk to remember at the All Things Vintage & Art Fest this weekend! Peruse art in a variety of mediums from more than 60 vendors. Admission is $3 per person and kids 12 & under are free!
The Wave Market at Wrightsville Beach Brewery: Pick up a handcrafted item, try a new beer, or snack on a familiar favorite at The Wave Market! Drop by from 1-5pm at the beer garden.

Dog Easter Egg Hunt at Unleashed: Bring your pup and join Unleashed for their Dog Easter Egg Hunt. Egg prizes include free treats, food samples, coupons, and more! Have a socially selective pup? No problem - find some eggs and bring the prizes home for your pup!
"LET’S DANCE at Satellite Bar & Lounge: It’s that time of month again! Held every 3rd Saturday of the month, Satellite and Fort Lowell Records are hosting their vinyl night, where they spin records from the last five decades. Dancing starts at 8:30pm and the cover is free.
Boardwalk Bunny (Bar) Hop at Carolina Beach: Thirsty? Better HOP to it! Carolina Beach is hosting a Boardwalk Bunny (Bar) Hop in honor of the local support they’ve received all winter. Stop in somewhere along the bunny trail — bonus points for if you wear something festive! The event starts at 1pm.
420 Music and Arts Festival at Waterline Brewing: Enjoy a full day of live music, food trucks and local artists, including “Queen of Reggae” Etana who will be headlining the event! Stop by from 2-10pm.

Easter Sunrise Service at Airlie Gardens: Celebrate the Easter holiday the traditional way with a sunrise service beneath the big live oak at Airlie Gardens. Dr. Jim Baldwin will be leading the service and live music will be performed by a brass quartet beginning at 7am. Bring your lawn chairs and beach towels!
It’s a 420 Easter Extravaganza at Fermental: Ring in this special Sunday with a family-and-pet-friendly event that has a little bit of everything! Fermental will release a special annual brew with the support of live music, food trucks, mimosas, tap takeovers, giveaways, and an egg hunt! Stop by any time from 11am-10pm and park for FREE in the Cargo District!
Weekly Pickleball at Arrowhead Park: Have you ever wanted to learn to play pickleball? Or are you a fanatic with your own custom paddle? No matter which one you are, or if you’re somewhere in the middle, you’re welcome to play at Arrowhead Park every Sunday from 9am-12pm! Extra equipment is available for beginners. Look for the group playing the music!
Vinyl & Cocktails at End of Days Distillery: Expand your vinyl collection as you shop local with Fuzzy Needle, School Kids, and Fort Lowell. Enjoy a live set from Infinite Spins as you browse and sip! Drop by from 3-6pm.
Port City Roots and Rock Festival at Broomtail Pub & Arcade: No matter what you’re celebrating this Sunday, you can do it the right way at the Port City Roots and Rock Festival! Get snacks from a hot dog cart, a new goodie from a local vendor, or a fun new beverage from one of the many drink specials that will be offered! Festivities begin at 4pm.
Easter Charity Beer Church at Wicked Weed: Turn water into wine, they say… or pints into progress! Drop by Wicked Weed to drink for a cause at their Charity Beer Church, benefitting Triangle Rabbits, beginning at 1pm. Handmade goodies and brewery swag will be available. All proceeds go to benefit the Triangle Rabbits rescue in central NC!

Several new stores to open in Mayfaire: Mayfaire Town Center is expanding this spring with several new household businesses! In addition to the recently opened Aerie, Dave and Buster’s, and J. Crew Factory, Drybar is moving in. Drybar is a popular salon that is best known for its luxurious blowouts and is open seven days a week, starting now!
ILM Airport adds new nonstop flights to Miami: Get ready to book your summer vacation with a new nonstop flight from Wilmington to Miami, Florida! Avelo Airlines will begin offering the only nonstop service in the area to Miami, FL. Flights will be available beginning June 6 and will run all summer on Fridays and Saturdays through August 16.
Todd Rundgren from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is coming to Wilmington: “Hello, it’s me”… or actually it’s Todd Rundgren from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on his “Still Me (Still We)” Tour! Rundgren will be at the Wilson Center on July 22. Tickets go on sale for the general public on April 16. Get yours here!
