FEATURED RESTAURANT OF THE WEEK 🍽️
The Oceanic: Wilmington’s Local Coastal Cuisine

Are you looking for a beach treat? Strap up your surfboard (or throw on a fancy dress), and pop over to The Oceanic, perched atop the Crystal Pier in Wrightsville Beach. The Oceanic is the Home of Wilmington’s Coastal Cuisine, sourcing their seafood locally, and supporting local produce, poultry, and pork farmers. Featuring dishes such as Crab Stuffed Salmon, Island Shrimp Tacos, Carolina Grit Cake, Mahi-Mahi Swimsuit Special, and to-die-for Starters! The Oceanic is a MUST STOP for travelers and locals alike!

Officially open since 1990 (and serving food on the Crystal Pier since it was built in 1939), The Oceanic is Wilmy’s go to spot for beachfront dining. Whether you want to cool off in the indoor lower or upper decks or dine outside right on the pier, the Oceanic offers something for everyone.

Wilmy Weekly Tip: Once you grab lunch at The Oceanic, scoot over to Sundays Cafe (literally right across the street) for an afternoon coffee (or sweet treat) pick-me-up, and get back to the beach!
