Among those plans is a 300-space theater, rehearsal, and workshop areas, a recording studio, and more! Fernando’s main goal is to make Thalian a community hub for artists and creators. Keep an eye out in the next several months for when official plans will be released to the public!
🕯️Memorial for Jimmy Carter Held This Morning: This morning Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity held a memorial service for Jimmy Carter at 10am inside the warehouse at 3310 Fredrickson Road in Wilmington. 🎨 Exciting Changes to the Brooklyn Arts District: Wilmington’s Trendy Brooklyn Arts District, home to shops, bars, and restaurants, may just be getting an upgrade! On Tuesday night, a temporary pilot program was approved and will be a trial phase during three Saturdays in February. This allows people to carry alcoholic beverages outside of an establishment, and carry it within the Brooklyn Arts District. This is not yet permanent, as the decision to go ahead with this pilot program was not unanimous.
