See Natasha Bedingfield live in concert at UNCW’s Kenan Auditorium tonight. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the show begins at 7:15 pm.   • Wilmington Dark History Tour in Downtown Wilmington: Tired of getting your true crime from a streaming service? Check it out live on a tour led by a former National Park Service Ranger to hear the good, the bad, and the scary about this place we call home. The tour begins at 7 pm at 1 N Water Street with Wilmington True History Tours.

  • Gender Expansive Film Festival at Thalian Hall: The 8th annual UPTILT Film Festival is coming to Wilmington this Friday for North Carolina’s only female and gender-expansive film festival. Get your tickets here to enjoy a showcase of local women telling their stories through film. All proceeds from the event go to support grants for female and gender-expansive filmmakers. Volunteers Preparing for Annual NC Azalea Festival: Over 1,000 volunteers have come together to welcome spring into Wilmington once again! Performances from Justin Moore and Flo Rida will kick off the 2025 Annual NC Azalea Festival, running April 2-6. The lineup includes a parade, garden party, and street fair.

Drift Coffee opening three new locations this summer: Drift Coffee, a local business-turned-chain by two brothers in the Ocean Isle Beach area, will be opening three new locations in the area by mid-summer. Lookout for Drift Coffee + Kitchen in Porter’s Neck, Carolina Beach, and Hampstead.

Riverlights Community breaks ground on new amenity center: The Riverlights Community, home to local shops and restaurants like Kasa Mercantile and Girls with Dough, is breaking ground on a new amenity center: Riverhouse. This new addition to the 1,400-acre riverside community will host four pickleball courts, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse for residents. Part of the larger Riverlights Community, the project is projected to be completed in 2026.

John Legend is coming to Wilmington this October: John Legend, popular R&B artist and composer, is making a stop at the Live Oak Bank Pavillion on October 29th for his “Get Lifted 10th Anniversary Tour.” Tickets will go on sale Friday, March 28th. Get yours here!
