Christmas Gnome Pottery Party: Beginner and seasoned potters are welcome to join a two-hour guided evening of creativity to spice up your Christmas decorations! Starting at 6:30pm for $45 per person!

Wilmington Earth Day Fundraiser: Hosted at Fermamental with food trucks, live music, and meet and greet with the people of Earth Day Alliance. All your purchases go to support their nonprofit! If you’re looking for a bit of environmentally friendly fun, swing by starting at 5pm!
Light the Legacy Light Show on the Wilmington Riverwalk: Free viewing of the first-ever showing of the historic Battleship NC illumination. The show begins at 5:30pm, and cycles into the evening. The best view is along the riverwalk. It will likely be crowded, so plan ahead and be safe!
Adrienne Iapalucci Comedy: Tickets start at $18 with shows at 7:00pm and 7:30pm at the Dead Crow Comedy room!
Veteran’s Day Celebration at the Community Arts Center: Relive the 1940s with a USO Variety Show and Dance (with a free Swing Dance lesson included) starting at 7:30pm! Grab your tickets online now!
Latin Night and Pepe’s Tacos at Waterline Brewing Co: Free at 7pm, bring your friends and learn to dance (featuring tasty bites)!

Second Sunday Market at Satellite Bar and Lounge: Holiday season rolls in with the first of two Holiday themed markets at Satellite Bar and Lounge! Support local this year as you shop for gifts! Running from 12pm to 4pm!

🕯️Candle Light Vigil to be Held in Wake of Fatal Shooting in Walmart on Carolina Beach Rd: Mark Thomas Paz was fatally shot after confronting a shoplifter, who has now been charged with first degree murder. The Walmart on Carolina Beach Rd closed on Saturday, November 2nd, the day of the tragedy, and has only reopened yesterday (November 6). A candlelight vigil is scheduled to be held this Saturday, November 9th starting at 6 pm in the parking lot behind Wendy’s.
📚 Book Lovers Mark Your Calendars For Cape Fear Book Festival: November 22 and 23 will see Keynote Speaker NYT Bestseller and Wilmington local Wiley Cash, along with many touring and local authors. Browse book sales/vendors and attend seminars geared toward inspiring writers and book lovers alike! This event is FREE at the Main Library DT, with an (also free) after party at Front Street Brewery!
