What’s Happenin’ in Wilmington 👀
Thursday, October 10th
Taste of Golf at Shell Island Resort: Grab your tickets online for an exclusive, exquisite event featuring the top chefs from country clubs and restaurants around Wilmington. The Theme of the night is “Around The World.” Grab your tickets now online before they’re gone! 6pm to 9pm.
Paws4People Benefit: From 6pm to 9:30pm, reserve tickets now for wine tasting, a live auction, designer shoping, a fashion show, and more! Hosted at the Warwick Center at UNCW.
The Indie Night Market at Dram Tree Tavern: The Indie Night Market is back with a spooky theme! Live music, pet costume contest, Trick-or-Treat with vendors, and food and drink from the Dram kitchen! Swing by from 6pm to 9pm.
Empire Strikes Brass at The Palm Room: “Serious groove and thumping rhythm” starting at 10pm from Empire Strikes Brass, including Grammy Award-winning vocalists. We’ll see you there!

Friday, October 11th
Wilmington Run Club: The October location for the Wilmington Run Club is Drift Coffee on Oleander. Grab your running shoes and join a perfect-for-any-level run club, starting every Friday at 6:30am. After your run, enjoy a discount at Drift Coffee!
Inside Out at Portia Hines Park: The next installment of Northside Movie Nights starts at 5:30pm with a vendor market and FREE food! Bring your family, chairs, and blankets for the movie beginning around sunset.
Golden Age Medium, Evening of Evidence: Spend 6:30pm to 9pm with Kathryn, a professional medium, taking you on a journey of messages and evidence. Hosted at Belle Vue Wilmington, with an open bar and light catering.
Torment Haunted Laser Tag: Drive over to Jungle Rapids with your older kids (12+) between 7pm and 9pm for a special Halloween edition of your favorite Laser Tag! Tickets are $20 per person.
Wilmington Boat Show: Running from the 11th through the 13th, along the Cape Fear River, stop by to witness boating, sailing, and fishing, as well as your favorite vendors! Find event times, and purchase your tickets online (starting at $5, $8 or $10).
Saturday, October 12th
Fall Festival on the Farm, at Oak and Fennel Farms: Join Oak and Fennel Farms for their first ever fall festival (and the grand opening of their pumpkin patch). Shop local vendors, browse the pumpkin patch, enjoy the hayride, and sip on hot cider! From 10pm to 2pm (and it’s FREE)!
Fall Market at The Starling Bar: Wilmington’s best local makers, and beats!
Bliss, Women’s Surf and Yoga Retreat: From 6am to 6pm all levels of surfers and yogis are welcome! Catered lunch, as well as smoothies and snacks are included with ticket price. Save your spot online now! This is the perfect relaxing weekend activity.
Veg Out Festival at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater: FREE! 11am to 4pm featuring green living and healthy eating! Gather to learn more about vegetables, herbs, massage, and vegan/vegetarian food!

The Cargo District Fall Festival: From 12pm to 8pm family friendly fall festivities featuring food and drink specials, a scavenger hunt, local vendors, and more! Bring your friends and family for some fun to end your weekend!
Make Wilmington Weird Fear Fest: Starting at 12pm at Hi-Wire Brewery. Costumes, unique vendors, fire spinning, sword swallowing, petting zoo, belly dancing, henna, tarot readings, and more!

16th Annual Touch-A-Truck: Bring your kids (of any age) to explore their favorite trucks and meet the people who drive them at this unique, educational event! It’s Coffee Time: Delicious Lattes and House-made Boba Tea
Since fall is here, it’s time for those seasonal pumpkin spice lattes, and if you’re like us, you like trying new local spots! It’s Coffee Time, located on Wrightsville Avenue, features a warm environment for studying, working, or hanging out with friends, as well as a menu that has a drink for everyone! Their fall specials include a to-die-for pumpkin spice latte, vanilla spiced chai, pumpkin cold brew with cold foam, and vanilla honey latte.
If you’re not a coffee person, It’s Coffee Time has signature drinks just for you (and baristas that will help you pick out the perfect drink)! Think you’ve tried all the boba places in Wilmington? Swing by and give them a try, you’ll probably be back tomorrow too!

🚦New Traffic Pattern in Southport as NC 211 Reopens: After severe damage to a small section of NC 211 during the rainstorm on September 16, a new bridge and subsequent traffic pattern has been built, and is set to open today! Barricades and signs will guide you through!
